Fan Page Management
Daily upkeep of your fan pages: posting, replies to followers, moderation, and a bio that states the page is unofficial.
Where Fame Meets Fandom.
We build and manage digital fan communities through strategic fan page management, content distribution, and audience engagement.
Built for celebrity managers, talent agencies and PR firms. Every fan page we run is labeled as unofficial and kept separate from the official account.
Services
Take one service or the whole stack. Each one is built around cleared content and clear labeling.
Daily upkeep of your fan pages: posting, replies to followers, moderation, and a bio that states the page is unofficial.
Short vertical edits cut from footage your team has cleared, with captions, pacing and framing set for Instagram Reels.
Several fan pages for one celebrity, each with its own angle, planned together so they support each other and do not repeat posts.
A posting plan for each page: themes, formats, cadence and the topics to stay away from, agreed with your team before launch.
Reach, follower and engagement figures taken from Instagram's own insights and put into a report you can read in minutes.
Fan page rollout around releases, appearances and brand campaigns, scheduled with your team so timing and messaging match.
Process
Four stages that repeat every month. You approve the plan before anything goes live.
We review the celebrity's public presence with your team, set the number of pages, and agree the rules for what each page may post.
We edit Reels and prepare posts from cleared material, then send the batch for approval.
Approved posts go out on a calendar across the network. We reply to followers and moderate comments.
You receive a monthly report with the numbers from Instagram insights, and we adjust the next month's plan.
How an approval works

Work
NYSTA does not publish client names or results here. Everything below is a demonstration built to show how we plan and report.
A concept for one fan page built around a release date. Shows how a content plan is laid out.
A concept for three pages with separate themes: live moments, style, and lyrics-free fan edits.
A concept for a two-week push around a public event, planned with the creator's manager.
Made-up numbers to show the report layout. They do not describe any real account or promise any result.
Demonstration only. Every number below is made up. A real report uses the figures Instagram Insights shows for each page.
A short written note on the month: what was posted, what people responded to, and what we will change next month.
| Page | Start | End | Change |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sample page A | 8,200 | 8,620 | +420 |
| Sample page B | 5,100 | 5,410 | +310 |
| Sample page C | 2,900 | 3,085 | +185 |
Planned: 16 posts. Published: 16 posts. Any gap is explained in the notes.

Answer two quick questions.
Choose how many fan pages you want to run.
Trust
We post material the celebrity's team has supplied or cleared. If we are unsure about a clip or photo, we ask first.
Figures come from Instagram insights. Reports show how each number was taken, and you can ask to see the source screens.
Our pages never claim to be the celebrity or speak for them. The bio and a pinned post say it is a fan page.
We sign an NDA on request, so unreleased plans and content stay with our team and are not shared with anyone else.
| Official account | NYSTA fan page | |

| Speaks for the celebrity | Yes | Never |
| Bio says | Official identity | Unofficial fan page |
| Content source | The celebrity's own channels | Cleared material only |

About NYSTA
NYSTA is a celebrity fan network and digital media agency. We help celebrity managers, talent agencies and PR firms build and run Instagram fan page networks.
Fans already talk about the people they follow. We give that energy a tidy home: pages with a clear label, a steady posting plan, and reports that your team can read without a guide.
We work as an extension of your team. You set the rules, you approve the content, and we do the daily work.

People should never have to guess whether a page is official. These steps make it obvious.
Use the words "fan page" or "unofficial" in the bio's first line. Add them to the account name when you can.
Pin a post that says the page is run by fans, is not run by the celebrity, and links to the official account.
Do not copy the official profile photo, handle style or verification-style wording. Do not write as if you are the celebrity.
Send people to the real account for news and contact. It protects the celebrity and the page.
General habits that help short videos work. Results vary by page and audience, so treat these as starting points.
Shoot or crop to 9:16 so the video fills the phone screen.
Viewers decide fast. Start with the most interesting second, not a slow intro.
Many people watch with the sound off. Short on-screen text helps them follow.
Short edits are easier to finish. A steady schedule is better than bursts of posting.
Check that you have permission for every clip and every piece of music.
